Cancellation Policy

CastHaven is free, so today the only thing to cancel is the newsletter — one click, in every email. The subscription sections below describe how cancellation, billing, and refunds will work once a paid, ad-removing plan launches.

Unsubscribing from the newsletter

Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe that takes effect immediately — no “up to 10 business days.” Unsubscribing stops all email.

Canceling a subscription (when available)

When paid subscriptions launch, you will cancel from your account settings — only the account owner can cancel, and we cannot accept cancellations by email or phone in their place. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep access until then, and you will not be billed again afterward.

Refunds and billing

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Except where a refund is required by applicable law — including any statutory cancellation or “cooling-off” rights you may have as a consumer — payments are non-refundable. If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact us and we will help. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance. These terms sit alongside our Terms of Service.

When we cancel an account

Once accounts exist, we may close one after an extended billing failure or a long period of inactivity, and we may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations of our Terms, as described there. We will give reasonable notice where we can. When an account is closed, its content becomes inaccessible and is purged from active systems and backups within 60 days, so export anything you want to keep first.
