What we collect and how we use it

We collect the categories of personal information below to operate and improve CastHaven, to communicate with you, to keep the service secure and prevent fraud, and to comply with the law. Right to opt out of sale or sharing

You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for advertising or analytics. We do not sell or share your personal information under the CCPA, and have not done so in the past 12 months, so there is nothing to opt out of. If that ever changes, we will update this notice and provide a clear opt-out first.

Sensitive personal information

The CCPA lets you limit how a business uses your “sensitive personal information.” CastHaven does not collect or use sensitive personal information in any way that triggers this opt-out right.

Financial incentives

If we ever offer a financial incentive in exchange for your personal information, we will give you all the required disclosures about that incentive at that time.

Your other CCPA rights

California residents also have the rights to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, and to not be treated differently for exercising them. These are described, along with our retention practices, in our Privacy Policy. To exercise any of them, email privacy@tinkercitadel.com; we may need to verify your identity, and an authorized agent must provide written permission to act for you.

Shine the Light

California’s “Shine the Light” law lets residents request information about personal information shared with third parties for their own direct marketing. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
